Am I still a kid???????

I am really sad because I turn 13 in a month and people have said on here that you are not a kid anymore. Does that mean on my birthday I'm not a kid anymore? I don't think I'll feel any different. Will I still be looked upon as a kid? At restaurants I get asked if I want a kid's menu so will that stop? I wear my hair in pigtails, play dolls, and love d Disney. Does that mean I can't anymore? I really need a solid answer.
