Issues with... Parents?!?!?!?

Deep inside, it is because your parents are divorced that you are like this. And of course parents won't like you when you are in your "emo" state. Like just try to be normal, you are still 12 !! If you are doing this at 12 y.o. what, will you become a Satanist in 3 or 4 years time? I had known a guy who was just like you, for 7 years, listening to gothic and black metal, etc etc, but he was able to shift to a normal state.
