Where can I find a repair pigtail for a two wire cooling fan motor on a '95 5.0 Mustang GT?

I have a 95 5.0 Mustang GT that has a cooling fan motor with only two wires( black & blue) coming out of it and a missing male plug on the end. The person before me cut off the plug that connects into the circuit breaker, which in turn connects into the wiring harness, and hooked it to a switch. The female plug on the harness has three wires (black, red, orange/blue). I have found the repair pigtail for a fan motor with three wires, but none for the two wire fan I have. My question is where can I find the proper repair pigtail for the two wire fan.
