Can someone tell me the name of this anime?

I remember watching it a long time ago, but I forgot what it was called. I remember the main girl character a bit. She has pink hair with poofy pigtails and whenever she cried, her tears were explosive. She looked really young and cutesy looking and was in love with this brown haired guy that didn't want her at first. But in the last episode I remember she grew up to be a teenager so her and the boy were the same age again. And I'm pretty sure it was an ecchi. Help please!
