If you can afford a little more money, get a 500w psu and a Zotac 450 GTS video card which is $99.99 at Newegg.com with a rebate-$69.99 after rebate. If you can't afford the extra money then your specs are compatible as long as the socket number on the mobo and cpu are the same such as AM3, And your mobo supports ddr3 ram.
